What is a Minstrel?

A minstrel is a Spirit-led musician who releases the sound of the Lord to shift atmospheres, break spiritual resistance, and usher people into the presence of God. Minstrels do not only play music—they minister through sound. Their instrument becomes a prophetic tool, carrying the breath of God to release healing, deliverance, clarity, and divine alignment.

Rooted in the Word and yielded to the Holy Spirit, the minstrel discerns what heaven is saying in the moment and plays accordingly. Their assignment is to prepare the spiritual environment so the Word of the Lord can be released. The prophetic realm is activated when the minstrel releases a sound. (2 Kings 3:15)
