About Bring Me A Minstrel
Bring Me A Minstrel is a training ministry dedicated to equipping musicians, singers, praise and worshipers, and intercessors to release a sound that prepares the way of the Lord. Rooted in 2 Kings 3:15 and Psalm 50:23, this ministry restores the biblical role of the minstrel — one who carries a consecrated sound that opens the realm of the Spirit, shifts atmospheres, and makes room for the word of the Lord to flow. Born out of a life planted under apostolic covering at Transformation Apostolic Ministries (TAM Center) in Henderson, NC, Bring Me A Minstrel is not a lone voice — it is a sent sound. We train praise and worshipers to minister with purity, prophetic accuracy, and spiritual authority, helping them understand that sound is not performance but assignment. Through teaching, impartation, and Spirit-led worship, Bring Me A Minstrel raises up vessels who know how to glorify God, usher in His presence, and create an environment where lives are transformed.
The Origin of the Call
Bring Me A Minstrel began with a divine encounter. In seasons of prayer, deliverance, and prophetic visitation, the Lord revealed the weight and responsibility of sound. Many musicians were talented but untrained spiritually — skilled, but not equipped; anointed, but not aligned.
The call itself started early. At age five, I sat at a piano. At eleven, I began playing by ear — and my earliest prayer was simple: Lord, let the music I play bring deliverance, healing, and freedom to your people. It was through my own journey of personal deliverance that I found the freedom I had been praying others would find through the sound.
Out of that burden, the Lord spoke clearly:
- Raise up prophetic praise and worship teams.
- Rebuild the Tabernacle of David.
- Restore the order of the minstrel.
This ministry is the answer to that call.
Felicia is a praise and worship leader at TAM (Transformation Apostolic Ministries) Center in Henderson, NC, where she is planted, accountable, and covered under apostolic leadership. She walks in a unique apostolic mantle as a praise and worship leader, called by God to establish, govern, restore, and reform praise and worship according to heaven’s pattern.
What once flowed through her as a prophetic minstrel has matured into full apostolic authority — carrying not only sound, but spiritual government, alignment, and building power. It is from this place of submission and covering that Bring Me A Minstrel goes forth.
She is a minstrel who releases spontaneous, Spirit-led worship that shifts atmospheres and opens realms of God’s presence. Yet beyond atmosphere, her apostolic assignment is to establish environments where God’s glory does not simply visit — but dwells.
Release Heaven’s Sound
As a praise and worship leader, Felicia releases original songs, prophetic melodies, and spiritual sound birthed directly from the heart of God. These songs are not merely musical expressions — they are apostolic instruments released from a life of consecration and surrender.

The Deliverance Mantle
Felicia also carries a strong deliverance mantle — and it is one she walks in with personal authority.
Fear was not always something she observed in others. It was something she lived with. A spirit of fear once tormented her — causing her to shrink back, hold back, and pull away from the very destiny God had written over her life. But through the power of God, she was delivered. Completely. And what the enemy used to silence her became the weapon God placed in her hands.
She now walks in full authority over that spirit — and she is called to help others walk in the same freedom.
If fear has been the reason you have not stepped into your calling — if it has caused you to shrink back from leading, from singing, from releasing the sound God placed inside of you — you are not disqualified. You are a candidate for deliverance.
Fear is a spirit. And every spirit must bow.
Through teaching, prayer, and Spirit-led ministry, Felicia helps minstrels, worshipers, and leaders break free from the spirit of fear so they can step fully into their God-given destiny — no longer tormented, no longer silent, no longer small.
Intercessory Worship: Sound That Governs
Felicia also flows in intercessory worship — where prayer and worship become one divine expression. Her intercession is musical, prophetic, and governmental, releasing the will of God through sound. In this place, worship becomes warfare, decree, healing, and breakthrough. Sound governs. Atmospheres shift. Heaven answers.

She carries a clear mandate to raise up a generation of praise and worship leaders who know how to host God’s presence, war from God’s presence, and live from God’s presence. This assignment did not begin in a studio or on a platform — it began in a place of prayer, consecration, and submission to apostolic authority. It goes forth from that same place today.
