About Bring Me A Minstrel
Bring Me A Minstrel is a prophetic training movement dedicated to equipping musicians, singers, worshipers, and intercessors to release a sound that prepares the way of the Lord. Rooted in 2 Kings 3:15 and Psalm 50:23, this ministry restores the biblical role of the minstrel—one who carries a consecrated sound that opens the realm of the Spirit, shifts atmospheres, and makes room for the word of the Lord to flow. We train worshipers to minister with purity, prophetic accuracy, and spiritual authority, helping them understand that sound is not performance but assignment. Through teaching, impartation, and Spirit-led worship, Bring Me A Minstrel raises up vessels who know how to glorify God, usher in His presence, and create an environment where lives are transformed.
The Origin of the Call
Bring Me A Minstrel began with a divine encounter. In seasons of prayer, worship, and prophetic visitation, the Lord began to reveal the weight and responsibility of sound. I saw that many musicians were talented but untrained spiritually; skilled, but not equipped; anointed, but not aligned. Out of that burden, the Lord spoke clearly:
- Raise up prophetic worship teams.
- Rebuild the tabernacle.
- Restore the order of the minstrel.
This ministry is the answer to that call.
The Mantle & Call
Felicia is a praise and worship leader at TAM (Transformation Apostolic Ministries) Center, in Henderson, NC. She walks in a unique apostolic mantle as a praise and worship leader, called by God to establish, govern, restore, and reform worship according to heaven’s pattern. What once flowed through her as a prophetic minstrel has matured into full apostolic authority—carrying not only sound, but spiritual government, alignment, and building power.
She is a minstrel who releases spontaneous, Spirit-led worship that shifts atmospheres and opens realms of God’s presence. Yet beyond atmosphere, her apostolic assignment is to establish environments where God’s glory does not simply visit—but dwells.
Release Heaven’s Sound
As a Psalmist and worship leader, Felicia releases original songs, prophetic melodies, and spiritual sound birthed directly from the heart of God. These songs are not merely musical expressions—they are apostolic instruments:
- Songs that heal
- Songs that wage warfare
- Songs that decree divine order
- Songs that restore identity
- Songs that usher in God’s presence and power
Through worship, she partners with heaven to build altars, shift regions, and release spiritual alignment in the lives of God’s people.
Equip the Saints
A core part of her apostolic mandate is the restoration of true worship through the order of the Tabernacle of David. This is worship that is unceasing, uncompromised, prophetic, intercessory, and glory-centered.
Through teaching, training, worship encounters, and activation, she equips:

to release worship that prepares the way of the Lord and hosts the presence of God with reverence and power.
Intercessory Worship: Sound That Governs
Felicia also flows in intercessory worship, where prayer and worship become one divine expression. Her intercession is musical, prophetic, and governmental—releasing the will of God through sound. In this place, worship becomes warfare, decree, healing, and breakthrough.
